Kingston, Ontario
Heritage fire escape restoration balancing modern building code compliance with preservation of a historically significant downtown structure. Custom steel fabrication, heritage-sensitive design, and close coordination with municipal heritage committees.
Rideau Lakes, Ontario
Full structural engineering for a two-slip boathouse on the Rideau waterway. Designed for fluctuating water levels with steel pile foundations, engineered crib work, and a second-storey living space requiring MNR and municipal approvals.
Gananoque, Ontario
Design and engineering for a custom hillside elevator system on a steep lakefront property with over 80 feet of elevation change. Included retaining wall design, foundation engineering on Canadian Shield rock, and full electrical coordination.
Kingston, Ontario
Structural engineering and building permit support for a full interior renovation of a 1920s stone building. Load-bearing wall removal, new steel beam design, floor system reinforcement, and complete permit application package for the City of Kingston.
Smiths Falls, Ontario
Engineering design and stamped drawings for a custom exterior steel staircase and loading platform for a commercial property. Worked directly with the fabricator on connection detailing, material specs, and CWB welding requirements.
